Mr. Richard Goble has over 30 years of political experience. In 1998, he co-founded the Young Republicans of Boca Raton, which grew to be one of the most successful Young Republican organizations in Florida. Mr. Goble was elected twice as a Florida Officer for the Young Republicans. Mr.Goble assisted in numerous campaigns, on both the local and national scale, that helped allow for the much greater Republican representation from Palm Beach County today.
In 2006, Mr. Goble established the Financial Industry Association(FIA), which was responsible for campaigning and electing two FINRA Board of Governor seats. The principle goal of FIA was to represent small stockbrokerage firms throughout the United States and at one time had elected 31 out of 35 FINRA district judicial seats.
In 2007, he was elected by the majority of small broker-dealers in the United States as a FINRA Governor.
In 1995, using only the money generated from the retail firm, Mr. Goble also founded North American Clearing as an NASDAQ Equity Execution and Correspondent Clearing Firm. North American Clearing was the only Correspondent Clearing Firm located in Central Florida that was serving Broker Dealers in all fifty states and Puerto Rico. This firm provided superior back-office clearing, equity and fixed income executions to 45 small to medium sized broker-dealers and custodian for over $500 million in customer assets.
In 1990, he founded, with only $10,000, an Introducing Discount Broker Dealer, which became a successful online trading firm and an Independent Retail Branch firm. In 2002, Mr. Goble brought forward an IPO for his company, Empire Financial Holdings, Inc., which was listed on the American Stock Exchange and under the trading symbol “EFH.” Mr. Goble also has over 34 years of experience in the Securities and Financial Industry.
Mr. Goble has been elected President of the Florida Securities Dealers Association, Seminole County Executive Committeeman, and Chairman of his church stewardship committee. He attended The Wharton School in 1999 for the Directors Institute and The Wharton School for the Mergers and Acquisitions Program in 2000. He also has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Wright State University.
For the past 25 years he has lived in Lake Mary, Florida with his wife, Beth. His twin daughters, Amanda and Brianna, that both graduated from Florida State University, and his youngest daughter, Cassidy, whom currently attends Samford University.
